We want you to be completed satisfied with your purchase. However, please be aware that all sales are final unless item was damaged during shipping.

To be eligible for a return for items damaged during shipping, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return for an item damaged during shipping, please contact the seller to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Please securely package the damaged item, including all original product packaging and accessories and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Repairs

If the jump rings, lobster clasp or ear wire happen to open and cause any attachments to come off, please don't hesitate to contact the seller.
